		<description>I liked your idea very much. It is rather difficult to answer the question: What qualities should people wishing to become a leader possess? Leaders should embody the qualities they expect from a certain group. If we want to be the leaders among our subordinates, we should also have qualities that we in turn expect and require of our subordinates. Besides we should also involve people in some activity not only by means of words but also by means of personal example. In order to achieve a good result with a team the leader should “infect” his or her subordinates with his or her own example.</description>
